Membership Pricing & Terms
Memberships are $19.99 per month or $219 prepaid for one year, billed per location and covering all garage doors at the residence. Shared memberships for multi-unit properties are not permitted. The included 5% discount cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
Free Annual 37-Point Inspection
Annual members may schedule their free inspection any time within their prepaid year. Monthly members must complete 10 consecutive payments before scheduling their inspection.
Membership Policy

Terms & Conditions
Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms & Conditions
For monthly memberships, your Payment Account* will be charged on or around the 15th of each month. By signing below, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following terms:
Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you contact Garage360 to cancel at least ten (10) days before your next payment date. The monthly membership fee is $19.99 and may be adjusted at any time. If a price change occurs, Garage360 will notify you in advance and provide an opportunity to cancel before the new rate takes effect.
- Authorization for Recurring Payments
By submitting your first monthly payment, you authorize Garage360 to:
1) Charge your Payment Account* for the membership fee and
2) Continue processing this payment every month until you choose to cancel.
Garage360 will securely retain your Payment Account* information for ongoing billing. You agree to update your payment information as needed to ensure uninterrupted membership. - Communication & Notifications
If you provide an email address or phone number, you agree that any confirmations, notifications or reminders may be sent to the contact information you supplied. - Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your automatic renewal at any time by contacting Garage360 at (713) 980-DOOR during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.
Annual Membership
For annual memberships, the full $219 will be charged to your designated payment account at the time of purchase. Annual memberships automatically renew each year unless canceled in advance. All charges associated with your membership will appear on your billing statement as “Garage360.”
FREE Annual 37 Point Inspection
The VIP Membership includes one (1) annual 37-Point Inspection for your garage door system. This inspection must be scheduled and completed during an active membership period. Inspections not scheduled or completed within the applicable term are forfeited, hold no cash value and do not carry over to future periods.
It is the member’s responsibility to contact Garage360 to schedule the inspection. While we may provide courtesy reminders, these notifications are not guaranteed. Missed or unscheduled inspections may be honored at Garage360’s discretion if requested within a 30-day grace period following the expiration or cancellation of the membership.
